Nanny Cay Village Ready For Occupancy

Nanny Cay has completed phase 1 of the Nanny Cay Village, its new waterside community. The eight waterfront townhouses are accommodated in two blocks: Pelican and Elizabeth.  Each block comprises four, privately owned, two- and three-bedroom, multi-level homes.   

These townhouses are now available for rental and rates range between $2500 and $3500 for five nights depending on the season with a maximum of six people. ‘Stay and Sail’ and ‘Stay and Dive’ packages are also being offered.  Each townhouse has central air-conditioning, private deck and a walled courtyard. They also have back-up water and power supplied by Nanny Cay. Each block has parking spaces and a dock for a small boat.

The views are fantastic looking out over the Sir Francis Drake Channel from Drakes Village Waterfront homes in Nanny Cay. With The completion of the first 8 units of Pelican and Elizabeth block scheduled Spring 2008 one can easily imagine enjoying sundowners and cool island breezes from here.

Pelican and Elizabeth blocks now have the galvanized roofing installed and the a majority of the windows have now been fitted. They are now working on installing the remaining doors and completing the interior and exterior plastering.

Making Headway! Drakes Townhouse Construction

It has been busy down at Nanny Cay recently with larger crews making great headway on the construction of the Drakes Village Townhouses. With the Pelican and Elizabeth Blocks construction well under way, planning for piling for the 6 following new blocks is scheduled to commence in September.

The foundations, floor slab, and ground floor masonry walls are in place for Pelican Block No. 2) and Elizabeth Block(No.3) is not far behind. Our second general contractor is now mobilizing to carry on with the Elizabeth Block structure.
